Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Disclosure Desk Associate to join our team. In this role you will ensure that TRID disclosures are prepared completely with accurate loan information and delivered within required timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Work with Loan Officers, Processors and other team members to review all fees and charges for accuracy; input fee data into Encompass to ensure correct figures are disclosed.
- Monitor and re-disclose Loan Estimates and Change of Circumstances within 3 days of the change(s) to avoid tolerance cures and closing delays; coordinate with Closing Department to send updated Closing Disclosures as necessary.
- Review and audit HMDA data for accuracy; reconcile and correct data as necessary.
- Troubleshoot compliance issues related to disclosures.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of HomeAmerican's loan origination system, Encompass.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years mortgage processing, closing or origination experience required. Encompass experience required. Basic understanding of agency guidelines and mortgage banking laws and regulations. Detail oriented with the ability to problem solve and prioritize. Excellent time management skills.This will not be a remote role.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000-60,000
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Bonus Type: Year End Discretionary
