Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Design Specialist to join our Home Gallery team. Curated by Home Gallery at Richmond American is an industry-leading design center that provides design packages for our homebuyers. In this position, you will focus on supporting Currated by Home Gallery with design packages for spec homes.
Responsibilities
Enter all preplan JIOs, exterior colors, structural options and Curated by HG packages into E1.
- Complete all necessary supporting docs and diagrams for spec packages.
- Handles uploading of all docs to BuildPro for spec packages.
- Handles re-selects in E1 on each lot as necessary.
- Supports Design Advisor / Consultant on coordination duties as necessary.
- Support department supervisor and Design Advisor as needed.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor or Equivalent
Experience : Work in builder design center, retail design center or previous design experience with a strong focus on organization and accuracy. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communications skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Strong numeric orientation required. Computer skills and experience working in EnterpriseOne software requied.
