Position Overview:
The Regional Property Manager will oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of Manufactured Home Communities, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with local regulations, and optimal financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage a portfolio of Manufactured Home Communities.
2. Develop and oversee budgeting for the properties.
3. Produce monthly financial and operational reports, and provide variance analysis.
4. Approve property-related invoices ensuring cost-efficiency and budget compliance.
5. Review and validate rental documents for accuracy and compliance.
6. Facilitate lease signings with prospective tenants.
7. Conduct bi-monthly site visits to ensure property maintenance and address any on-site concerns.
8. Conduct comprehensive physical and insurance inspections of properties.
9. Enforce community rules and address violations in a timely manner.
10. Guarantee accurate billing of rent and utilities for all properties.
11. Ensure strict adherence to local rent control regulations (if applicable).
12. Ensure compliance with Title 25 and the Mobilehome Residency Law.
13. Act promptly and efficiently to emergencies, ensuring safety and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- Valid CA Real Estate License or the willingness to obtain one.
- Valid CA Driver’s License.
- Reliable transportation with valid insurance.
- Minimum 5 years working in Multi-family Property Management
- Previous Regional management experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
