Job Description :
We are seeking a passionate, driven and client-focused Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in business development or corporate finance. The main focus of this role is the Strategy Development and Execution of the Business Development function. Main responsibilities (not all encompassing) listed below.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop, lead, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead Generation : Research, identify, and qualify leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns, cold calls, emails, social media, industry events, and market research.
- Outreach : Conduct outreach activities via phone, email, and social media to engage with prospects and generate interest in our products.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Sales and Negotiation : Lead sales efforts and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights and feedback to the team.
- Sales Support : Schedule meetings and calls between potential clients and our recruiting team, ensuring a smooth handover.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and outcomes.
- Goal Management : Works toward exceeding predetermined quotas set by his / her supervisor.
- Continuous Education : Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Recruiting Support : When necessary, support the recruiting team on an array of activities including, but not limited to : conducting client intake meetings, posting jobs, candidate prospecting, resume screening, candidate interviews, client / candidate interview management, record keeping, networking, talent pipeline management, and candidate relationship management.
