We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the skills necessary to provide top-notch lawn care services.
Duties
- Perform mowing and trimming of lawns to achieve a neat and professional appearance.
- Execute snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to perform various lawn care tasks.
- Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory
- experience driving and maneuvering a landscape trailer or similar
- Knowledge of mowing techniques, garden maintenance, snow plowing, tree care, and landscape maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
