We are seeking hard-working, talented individuals who have the desire to find a career in the technical field that involves hands-on mechanical skills along with electrical and programming components. This position involves training in office and provides opportunities to learn from and assist engineers onsite at customer facilities nationwide to help jump-start your technical career. No degree is required!
Responsibilities : On-site duties will vary based on the project but generally include
- Controls implementation
- Electrical and Mechanical device troubleshooting
- Startup as well as customer support.
- Exposure to coding in Ladder Logic

Our internships and apprenticeships are immersive and give students the ability to receive a tremendous amount of hands-on learning while working in the field alongside our engineers. An average of 80% of our interns receive offers for full-time employment or return internships. In 2023, we hired 20 full-time engineers and 58 interns who were recruited from 26 schools in 10 states and so far, for 2024 we have already broken most of those records!
