We are seeking an IT Analyst / Technical Operations Specialist 1 to support our IT operations, system administration, and automation efforts. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with a foundational IT knowledge, a passion for technology, and a desire to grow in an analytical and technical support position.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day IT operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize and maintain automated document templates.
• Assist with database queries, develop and maintain process workflows, scripting, and automation tasks.
• Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to address technical issues.
• Participate in ongoing learning and skill development to expand technical expertise.
• Embody and demonstrate our company’s values in our everyday work: respect, creativity, engagement, collaboration, and advancement while working in an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Professionals who have obtained a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, related field, or have equivalent work experience.
• Professionals who have 0-2 years of experience in IT operations, database management, or scripting.
• Basic understanding of SQL, T-SQL, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience with document templating technologies like HotDocs or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.

Schedule & Benefits:

Our team works Monday through Friday, general business hours. After a successful orientation period, we offer a hybrid schedule, which allows our employees the flexibility to work from home and in the office. MDK provides a comprehensive benefit package, which includes:

• An hourly wage of $22-26/hour depending on experience ($45,760 - $54,080 annually, assuming a 40-hour work week).
