Medical Sales Representative

Position Overview :

The Physician Liaison will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and their staff. This individual will be responsible for promoting our podiatry services to urgent cares, sports medicine (orthopedics), pediatrics, primary care, internal medicine, cosmetic, and vascular specialties. The role will start as a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to increase patient referrals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, including sports medicine (ortho), pediatricians, PCPs, internal medicine, cosmetic, and vascular specialists.
  • Schedule and conduct regular office visits, presentations, and lunch-and-learns to educate providers on our services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for referring offices, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Track referral patterns, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to develop referral materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain a CRM or database of referring providers and outreach activities.

Qualifications :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strategic approach to relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with the Olympia healthcare landscape and referral dynamics is a plus.
  • Ability to travel locally to referring offices (reliable transportation required).
  • Compensation & Schedule :

  • Part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance.
  • 2800 per month mileage reimbursement
  • Flexible hours based on outreach needs and provider availability.
  • Expectations :

  • 4-5 in person office calls a day
  • Inputting call notes in CRM or spreadsheet weekly
  • 1-2 lunch and learns or breakfasts a month (reimbursed by company)
  • 1-3 meet and greets per month for physicians (depending schedule)
  • Managing tracking referrals and updating accordingly
