Are you a skilled AV tech with a passion for live events? We're looking for experienced freelance AV technicians in the Chicago area to join our production team. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect!
What You’ll Do:
- Load in and load out gear at event venues throughout Chicago and the suburbs
- Set up and operate professional audio, video, and lighting equipment
- Collaborate with event producers and lead techs to ensure smooth show execution
- Troubleshoot gear and maintain high technical standards during live events
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in live event AV (audio, video, or lighting)
- Strong understanding of signal flow and hands-on equipment knowledge
- Reliable, communicative, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work long hours on your feet
- Own basic tools and transportation is a plus
