This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no call responsibilities, providing an excellent work-life balance. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Treatment Planning : Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, preventive care, and health education, in collaboration with the healthcare team.
