You will play a critical role in organizing and maintaining essential land-related documentation, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting team members with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Maintain, update, and organize electronic records and documents related to land contracts, leases, titles, and other legal agreements.
- Document Control: Ensure documents are accurate, properly labeled, and securely stored in the database; retrieve and distribute files as requested by team members.
- Data Entry & Verification: Input land and property data into databases with a high degree of accuracy; regularly cross-check records for consistency and completeness.
- Administrative Support: Assist with preparing reports, creating spreadsheets, and handling general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Land Agents, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate updates, gather supporting documents, and resolve discrepancies.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and confidentiality requirements in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework or an associate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn specialized database systems.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter and verify large amounts of data.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with team members at all levels.
