We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Due Diligence Agent to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations, analyzing key data, and ensuring all transactions and partnerships adhere to our compliance and quality standards. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a hybrid work environment, with a structured schedule that includes both in-office and remote workdays.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Comprehensive Due Diligence:
- Evaluate financial, operational, and legal data to assess risks and opportunities associated with potential transactions or partnerships.
- Review and verify documentation, including contracts, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze gathered data to produce clear, actionable insights for senior management.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, highlighting potential risks, and recommending next steps.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:
- Ensure all due diligence processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any compliance issues and implement necessary improvements.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and operations to support decision-making processes.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline due diligence processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in due diligence, risk assessment, or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis tools and document management systems.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in both an office environment and remotely.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Hybrid Work Schedule
In-Office:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday – Collaborate closely with team members, attend meetings, and participate in on-site activities.
Remote:
- Wednesday and Friday – Work from home to focus on independent research, report writing, and data analysis.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.64 - $26.00 per hour
