This is a remote position.

  • W2 OR IC ONLY
  • NO C2C / NO CORP 2 CORP

Responsibilities :

  • Work with stake holders and development teams to create new workflows and control files in Ricoh Process Director based on requirements
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for system related issues
  • Provide BAU support for business partners and ensure quality for daily production activity

    • Required Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Design / development experience in Ricoh Process Director
  • Development experience in Linux with shell scripting and cron
  • Experience with JavaScripting
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of DB2 and SQL
  • Working knowledge of PDF, AFP and PCL print formats
