Club Operations Director
O2 Fitness is a dynamic and growing health club chain that seeks an experienced leader to direct and supervise the Front Desk and Kids Club team members. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring lasting relationships with each club member and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for current club members, as well as assist prospective members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, evaluate, and coach the Front Desk and Kids Club team members to ensure they are equipped to provide top-notch service.
- Department Meetings and Training: Facilitate department meetings and trainings to enhance club performance and drive results.
- Member Situations and Feedback: Effectively handle member situations, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete and scan membership paperwork and sales reports promptly and accurately, adhering to O2 Fitness guidelines.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Front Desk and all other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Scheduling and Inventory Management: Create and manage the Front Desk and Kids Club schedule, ensuring all shifts are covered and maintain inventory to meet or exceed targets.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support O2 Fitness's vision and mission.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience, preferably in a health club or hospitality industry setting.
- Education: College degree preferred.
- Certifications: Current CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications preferred.

Compensation:
Average pay rate of $20.77 per hour, with bonus opportunities available.
