You will be expected to lead, evaluate, and coach the Front Desk and Kids Club team members, facilitate department meetings and trainings, and effectively handle member situations, concerns, and feedback. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing and scanning membership paperwork and sales reports promptly and compliantly.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions, an understanding of health club operations, and a strong time management and organization skills. Bonus opportunities will be available based on performance.
