Grit Box has immediate openings for Fitness Trainers. We've combined the high intensity and therapeutic power of kickboxing with the transformative results of strength training into a fitness experience like you've never seen. We are looking for high-energy fitness individuals with personal training or group fitness experience to join our team!
Group Fitness Instructor Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver high-energy fitness classes to groups of up to 30 individuals.

Demonstrate proper technique and form, observe class participants and explain corrective measures to improve participants skills and avoid injury.

Accommodate different levels of fitness by offering alternative movements during classes.

Adequately prepare unique kickboxing programming prior to the start of each class while considering participants capabilities and limitations.

Prepare & reset studio equipment for guests before and after each class.

Able to greet both members and guests at least 15 minutes prior to class.

Explain class structure and specific techniques to first-time guests.

Choose appropriate music to provide a high-energy class environment.

Monitor participants' progress and adapt programs as necessary.

Participate in GRIT BOX community events and workouts on a regular basis.

Able to promote our services in public and on social media.

Qualifications
Group Fitness Instructor Experience & Qualifications:

PT or Group Fitness experience preferred.

Group Instructor or Personal Trainer qualification from an accredited organization.

Current AED/CPR certification
