MDR Construction Co., Inc. is currently looking to hire a Heavy Civil Roadway/Utility Foreman who will lead and manage a team of MDR Construction Co., Inc. Civil Operators, Laborers and Subcontractors.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Must be able to read and understand all plans and specifications.
  • Must be able to coordinate all survey requirements and able to shoot line and grade from baseline supplied by others
  • Direct responsibility for time sheets for labor and equipment, as well as daily reports complete with quantities completed.
  • Endure that delivery receipts are collected and submitted to field engineers and office.
  • Enforce quality control and Company safety policies on all aspects of the work.
  • Follow the project construction process to ensure that work is completed on time.
  • Coordinate, schedule and direct all site operations including subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a foreman.
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
  • OSHA 30 Certified

  • Willing to travel.
