Software Analyst
Looking for a software analyst with Python experience to join a growing team of professionals. You will be the primary point of contact between customers and the development team in defining and building use cases towards Gen AI chatbot initiatives. Ideally a software professional who integrates the technical aspects of AI with the strategic needs of a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with AI researchers and data scientists to define AI use cases, ensuring that AI models are well integrated into end-user applications and business workflows.
- Transform high-level requirements into actionable objectives and use cases to achieve business goals
- Develop and analyze functional specifications.
- Partner with different stakeholders to resolve complex issues relating to business requirements
- Engage with the AI team to help evaluate new technologies in conversational chatbots and GenAI
- Be an effective team member with a strong ability to grasp new concepts with ease, have excellent presentation skills, and are effective communicators - both verbal and written.
Experience
- Python coding
- Experience in PowerBI in analytics and reporting
- High level understanding of OpenAI technologies and Azure
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
Nice to Haves
- Exposure to Azure GENAI services
- Experience in integrating applications with third-party services via RESTful APIs.
- Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
