- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety standards. \
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, analyzing data to inform decision-making and optimize processes. \
- Collaborating with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot complex machine problems and providing guidance on problem-solving techniques to employees. \
- Coaching and performing on-the-job training to direct reports, adhering to 5S standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. \
- Fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including maintenance, purchasing, and other departments. \
- Working closely with management to develop and execute employee development plans. \
- The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in manufacturing processes, familiarity with MS Office, CAD/CAM, and ERP software, as well as excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
