We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager / Estimator to join their dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities : Prepare bid packages for subcontractors and suppliers.Develop accurate estimates and project budgets for commercial projects.Generate approved estimates for customer contract creation.Approve bids and create project schedules.Coordinate pre-construction meetings and oversee project execution.Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.Maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.Review costs and approve subcontractor / vendor billings.Address and resolve project issues with job superintendents.Manage change requests and oversee project completion.
What We're Looking For : Preferred : Four-year degree in construction management or equivalent. But, open to consider entry to light level candidates with related education.Preferred : Minimum five years of commercial construction project management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with cell phone and computer use.Detail-oriented, motivated, and self-driven.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of commercial construction products and best practices.Ability to work closely with clients and professionally represent Structural Buildings.
