Job Description
We are looking for an Assembly Line Worker to join our team. The assembly line worker's responsibilities will include assembling components, product quality, and efficiency. This position will work Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Duties
- Assemble components according to clearly defined procedures
- Identify and flag quality issues
- Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, taping, and labeling
- Operate small hand tools and production line equipment
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet daily quotas and goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift, push, and/or pull weight up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to tolerate standing for long periods
- Ability to accurately work at production line speed
