Responsibilities
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Own and deliver agreed-upon annual customer care goals.
- Understand and communicate our values
- Travel to trade shows when possible
- Help Develop our Customer Care process
- Work with leadership to generate ideas for a better customer experience
Requirements
- Demonstrated willingness and ability for continuous learning.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and efficiently at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hard-working, persistent, and dependable.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- Willing to get a Canadian Possession & Acquisition License (PAL)
The following is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided:
- Firearms enthusiast – specifically bolt-action rifles

- Understanding/experience in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
