JOB SUMMARY
Researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting strategies to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for the organization. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develops effective recruitment strategies, and ensures a seamless candidate experience.
Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A working knowledge of human resource practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a four-year degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience; and
- Five plus years' experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategically and proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies and associations.
Reviews resumes and contacts candidates to ascertain fit and interest and refers to hiring managers as appropriate.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and / or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Assists with onboarding and new employee orientation.
Maintains accurate records of all recruitment activities, outreach efforts, and candidate information.
Ensures all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Salary : $71,460 - $89,330
