JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Estimator oversees the design and cost estimation during the bidding phases, while collaborating closely with the general contractor, design team, and ILB executive team, including our vendors and subcontractors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A working knowledge of operations and estimating practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience; and
- Four years' experience in estimating, cost control and / or engineering experience in construction management.
