What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Services Specialist I position at MDxHealth?
The Customer Services Specialist I will troubleshoot and respond to a wide variety of client inquiries, issues and requests, and also act as a liaison between Customer Services and the internal mdxhealth departments. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to requesting and tracking specimen procurement requests and specimens.
- Position is onsite in Irvine, CA. The shift is Monday thru Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm (Pacific Time)
- Minimum of two years’ previous customer service experience.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Starting rate is $20.19 per hour.
