We produce metal castings for grinding media, mill liners, crushing liners, and slag pots with optimal designs and alloys specifically developed for the global mining, aggregate, and recycle industries. Our products are used by companies in over 40 countries.

Purpose

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop strategic sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. The Senior Recruiter leverages market insights, employer branding, and data-driven approaches to enhance talent acquisition efforts.

Principal Accountabilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles.
• Build relationships with Industry outreach and school partnerships.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to track recruitment metrics and report hiring progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or mining industries.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract passive candidates.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM-CP)
