Passion or experience in the aesthetic sector is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will possess a dynamic personality, a polished presentation, exceptional customer service skills, and strong digital proficiency. This role requires proven project and operations management experience and superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in data reporting, analysis, accountability, and strategic planning is essential.
Key responsibilities include actively driving practice growth and key initiatives, and overseeing the operations and expansion of our onsite Operating Suite and MedSpa.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the medical office, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Oversee human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
- Implement and maintain efficient systems for patient scheduling, billing, and record-keeping using software such as Nextech.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and critical care management.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff members.
- Address patient inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of patient service.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing a medical practice is required.
- Familiarity with human resources practices within a healthcare setting is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff professionally.
