Responsibilities Include
- Leading and executing the proposal development process
- Leading proposal kickoff meetings
- Leading interview preparation and presentations
- Writing and editing marketing materials and technical content
- Contributing to and maintaining proposal content libraries in Loopio and CC Libraries
- Offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits
- Other various marketing tasks
- Travel may be required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience With The Following
- Leading proposal submissions (RFPs, RFQs)
- Experience with presentation development
- Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Writing and editing technical content using AP style guidelines and grammar
- Working at an architecture, engineering, or construction firm
- Strong graphic design layout/visual translation of information
