Mead & Hunt is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Transportation team as a Roadway Engineer. This role will sit in our Charleston, WV office.

Mead & Hunt is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Transportation team as a Roadway Engineer. This role will sit in our Charleston, WV office.
Responsibilities Include
- Leading roadway design tasks from preliminary to final design
- Developing and reviewing plan sets, quantity estimates and associated documents
- Serving as roadway project lead as necessary
- A valid license and some travel will be required
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering from an accredited college or university AND at least six years of relevant work experience
- PE license in any state (preferably West Virginia), or the ability to obtain within six months of hire
- MicroStation/Geopak and ORD software
- WVDOH and municipal roadway design projects
- WVDOH experience, including Design Directives and Standard Specifications
- MS Office including Project
