Responsibilities include :
- Serve as market leader and project manager on IDOT, Tollway, and / or municipal transportation improvement projects
- Participate in business development opportunities including writing technical proposals and proactive marketing of future opportunities. Lead proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates
- Lead design and plan development for any typical highway project from preliminary to final design
- Maintain budgets, scopes, and schedules
- Develop and review plan sets, quantity estimates, and reports
- Preform QA / QC tasks
- Mentor project staff
