Position Overview:
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cashier. As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. We have full time and part time positions open.

• Greet customers and provide a positive and welcoming experience
• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale system
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services offered
• Ensure that the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred
• Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register or point-of-sale system is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of building materials or construction industry is a plus
