- Assist in the preparation of detailed plan drawings using industry-standard design software based on customer specifications.
- Create material lists and assist with project documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to support project needs and improve workflow.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance operations.
- Shadow experienced professionals to learn best practices and industry insights.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Drafting, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (Junior/Senior status preferred).
- Familiarity with CAD software or similar design tools is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in building materials, construction, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
