Job Summary: The Shed Shop Associate is responsible for various tasks within our shed shop, including assisting in production, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hands-on, production-oriented environment and possess a strong attention to detail and safety.

Pull all materials for all Shed Shop productions.
- Build sheds, landings, stair stringers, and other manufactured inventory to company standards.
- Meet production deadlines for all manufacturing in the Shed Shop.
- Fill out production sheets and related paperwork in regulation with manufacturing.
- Survey properties for site builds as needed.
- Work safely in accordance with OSHA rules and regulations.
- Learn company products throughout the yard, culture, and company procedures primarily in customer service and Shed Shop Production.
- Maintain accurate tracking of all manufactured inventory as well as inventory used in the manufacturing process.
- Responsible for keeping the Shed Shop and related areas clean and organized.
- Experience in prior framing, construction is desired.
- Knowledge of building materials is desired.
- Ability to analyze technical problems, determine root causes and develop remediation strategies for permanent resolutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to recommend changes to drive business objectives.
- Ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, making clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Ability to read, write, and do simple math calculations.
