Job Description:
As an IT Support Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and improving Meade Engineering's IT infrastructure. You will monitor, maintain, and optimize the organization's hardware and software systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and scalability of IT resources by proactively troubleshooting issues, implementing system improvements, and maintaining thorough documentation.
Work Schedule & Hours:
Monday - Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm

Job Duties:
- Assist with IT project planning and execution, including system upgrades, cloud rollouts, and software implementations, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Use Microsoft Intune and other tools to enforce security policies and optimize mobile/remote workforce solutions.
- Track IT assets, software licensing, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
- Use automation tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or PowerShell to streamline IT processes.
- Provide training and troubleshooting support for staff to ensure proficiency with software and security protocols.
- Regularly apply security patches, updates, and vulnerability fixes to operating systems, applications, and network devices to safeguard against potential cyber threats.
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and IT processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in computer science or related field, or 2 years of equivalent experience in a hands-on role providing IT support and administration
- 2 years of experience in supporting cloud-first organizations
- 4 years of overall professional IT experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- High attention to detail and accuracy of deliverables
- Strong ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Experience working at an engineering or architectural firm a major plus
