Drafter (INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING)
The Company:
Our client is seeking a DRAFTER (INDUSTRIAL) to join their team located in LA MARQUE area!
This role is a TEMPORARY PROJECT (2 months) opportunity. Compensation for this role ranges from $30-$35/hr, depending on experience.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. In-office attendance in LA MARQUE is required.

The Expectations for the DRAFTER / DESIGNER:
This role requires experience working with INDUSTRIAL DRAFTING. This opportunity is NOT a CIVIL DRAFTING or ELECTRICAL DRAFTING role.
- Utilize AUTOCAD and INVENTOR or SOLIDWORKS for drafting;
- Create 2D and 3D models for fabrication and machining;
- Modify existing drawings according to client specifications;
- Create drawings from scratch as needed for manufacturing;
- Verify measurements, codes, and regulations related to drawings;
- Perform problem-solving via design decisions for engineering, R&D, and production teams.
The Experience Required for the DRAFTER / DESIGNER:
· MUST have 3 years of Auto CAD.
· MUST have 3 years of experience in INVENTOR or SOLIDWORKS.
· MUST have experience drafting for industrial equipment.
The Benefits:
· The pay for this role is $30-$35/hr, depending on experience.
· This role is a TEMPORARY PROJECT estimated for 2 months.
· Work schedule is standard Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
