Job Summary : Seeking a highly motivated Network - Systems Administrator to join their team.
Overview : Will be the only IT person for the company supporting 60 users at two locations
This role involves mid-level network - systems administration work, including the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of systems. The Network - Systems Administrator will handle computer hardware and software installation, maintenance, data recovery, and routine automation.
This is a one person show and will run the entire IT Network and Systems across two locations!
Key Responsibilities :
- Support staff with hardware, software, network, and mobile device functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory of company computer equipment and complete property inventory documentation.
- Assist in planning and implementing IT initiatives related to equipment, devices, and network changes.
- Handle service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, test new equipment and software, and update inventory / project spreadsheets.
- Set up new users on network and order and set up all computers for users within facility
- Strong desktop experience in solving computer issues and obstacles with users
- Provide desk top and trouble-shooting support
- Strength with researching and making recommendations to be more innovative
- Open and ready to recommend technology changes as they are introduced on the market.
