Marketing Sales Representative - Store Manager – Beverage Industry
Location : La Marque, Texas
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Store Manager & Marketing Sales Representative to lead the launch of our beverage retail and wholesale operation in La Marque, Texas. This individual will be instrumental in managing store operations, driving brand awareness, and growing community engagement .
Key Responsibilities :
- Store Operations : Oversee daily store management, including opening / closing, inventory ordering, and fulfillment of retail & wholesale customer orders.
- Sales & Community Outreach : Build relationships with local organizations, including Chambers of Commerce, school districts, corporate businesses, colleges, and associations , to promote and sell our beverages at events.
- Brand Representation : Act as the face of the brand at community events, setting up promotional booths, introducing products, and driving sales.
- Team Leadership & Hiring : As the first hire, you will help recruit and train new employees , ensuring a positive and efficient store culture.
- Retail & Wholesale Management : Operate a warehouse-style retail space —similar to a small Costco—with bulk product storage on one side and a freezer section for individual retail sales on the other.
