Meadow Brook Rehab and Nursing is a fantastic skilled nursing facility located in Salt Lake City, UT. We are expanding our nursing team and we are excited that you've considered us. We are currently hiring CNAs to work the floor. However, there is a path of progression for our CNAs to become a CNA Lead or CNA Mentor. If you want a supportive team beside you, grateful residents around you, and a place to grow as a nursing assistant - you've found it!
Hours : We are hiring for Full-Time Night Shift, which is 10 PM to 6 AM, 5 days per week
Wages and Benefits :
Hourly range of $15-$22
If you are not yet certified, Meadow Brook Rehab and Nursing will pay for your nursing assistant certification (valued at over $500)

CNAs can participate in our Nursing Tuition Reimbursement and get $500 / month applied towards a nursing program.
Training :
On-the-job training will be provided to all CNAs. The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experience.
Requirements :
Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days of employment
Effective communication with coworkers and residents
Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws / regulations in regard to long-term care
Job Duties :
Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in / out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive an appropriate diet
Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and developing relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
