What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA/ Resident Transportation Scheduler position at Meadow Grove Transitional Care?
Meadow Grove Transitional Care is looking for a qualified CNA/Transportation Specialist to join our facility! As Coordinator you will be engaged with the Nursing Management to complete both short and long-term tasks. You will have the opportunity to schedule residents' medical appointments and transportation for residents' appointments. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and sustaining an organized schedule, appointment book, and be responsible for ensuring residents’ needs are met. At Meadow Grove, the successful candidate has the opportunity to interact with residents daily, while maintaining the facilities’ regulatory obligation to the Ohio Department of Health.
The Transportation position is Part Time and will be acclimated to Full Time hours with subsequent shifts as a CNA.
