Vacation Rental Cleaner

Meadow Homes is looking for a dedicated Vacation Rental Cleaner to ensure our properties are spotless, organized, and guest-ready after every stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough Cleaning: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, including under beds, inside cabinets, dressers, and sofas. Deep cleans are conducted bi-annually (or as needed) to ensure smooth regular turnovers.
- Laundry & Linens: All laundry (bedding & towels) must be washed, dried, and ready within the home on the day of cleaning. This is a non-negotiable part of the job.
- Guest-Ready Staging: Set blinds to a uniform height, adjust heat or AC to the required temperature, and leave select lights on to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Throws, decor, and kitchen items should be reset after each stay.
- Supply Management: Monitor stock levels for essential cleaning supplies, request restocks, and ensure the supply closet is kept organized. Unbox deliveries and dispose of packaging appropriately.
- Issue Reporting & Communication: Report any maintenance issues immediately. We operate with an "only solutions" mindset—problems happen, but timely communication is key to resolving them.
