Job Summary
The primary duty of this position is to ensure that each and every member has the best dining experience the Club can provide from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
Summary of essential job functions:
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
· Take food and drink orders promptly
· Deliver food and drinks promptly
· Anticipate the needs of members
· Suggestive Selling (Up-Sell)
· Desire to learn and understand menus (Both food and drink)
· Ability to recognize regulars and learn member names
· Desire to always learn and improve
Minimum requirements:
. Able to work a minimum of 3-4 shifts a week.
. Able to work Sunday, Monday, and 2-3 other days during the week.
· Time management Skills
· Organizational Skills
· Communication Skills
· Display an interest in maintaining the well being of the Meadow Lark Country Club.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
