Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care to our residents. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dedicated group of individuals who support and care for one another, building long-lasting relationships with associates and residents alike.
About the Role
The successful candidate will possess a strong dedication to assisting others, take pride in their work, and align with our values. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately assessing, communicating, and documenting residents' status.
- Observing and reporting significant changes in resident behavior and health to relevant parties.
- Directing and supervising Resident Care Assistants.
- Closely mentoring and guiding Lead Resident Care Assistants.
- Coordinating care needs with community providers.
- Effectively balancing service demands with supporting resident independence.
- Recognizing and preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
Requirements
- Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
- Graduate of an approved LPN program.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position highly desirable.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position, working 3pm-11pm, with an hourly wage range of $33-$37. Please note that eligibility for benefits may vary based on employment status.
