Job Summary:
Meadow Ridge, a premier life care retirement community in Fairfield County, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents. As a member of our dedicated care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, communicating, and documenting resident status, observing and reporting any significant changes in behavior and health, and directing and supervising the daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants. You will also closely mentor and guide Lead Resident Care Assistants and coordinate care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.
We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $33-$37 and shift differentials.
