Meadow Wind is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Staff and Resident Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced CNA or Nurse who is highly organized, excels in communication, and is dedicated to ensuring exceptional resident care. The Clinical Care Coordinator will oversee scheduling, assist with staffing concerns, coordinate resident transportation, and provide administrative support to HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule resident medical appointments and coordinate transportation as needed.
- Develop and manage nurse and CNA schedules to ensure proper staffing levels.
- Address staffing concerns and assist with shift coverage as necessary.
Resident Support & Transportation
- Assist with transporting residents to medical appointments, including driving the facility bus (pending approval).
Administrative & HR Support
- Assist the HR Director with employee retention initiatives and other assigned duties (Caring Angels program).
- Maintain organized records and communicate effectively with staff and residents.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- CNA or Nursing background required - LTC experience preferred.
- Previous experience with scheduling and staffing preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Outlook, Word, and on-shift scheduling software preferred.
- Ability to handle staffing concerns efficiently.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License (required for potential transportation duties).
