Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years working in apartment industry.
Experience with MS Office, and AppFolio management software.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing, leasing, and renewals
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- Handle tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Conduct property tours and process rental applications
- Maintain accurate resident records and files
- Implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy
- Ensure compliance with property management laws and regulations
Requirements
-AppFolio Experience (Highly preferred)
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks
- Strong conflict management skills
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Knowledge of property leasing processes
- Familiarity with sales techniques
- Understanding of property maintenance practices
- Legal knowledge related to property management is a plus
