About us

Meadowbrook Apartments is looking to add Full-Time Maintenance Technicians to our team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to maintenance requests
  • Rotate on-call responsibilities with other maintenance staff
  • Turn apartments after tenants move out
  • Conduct regular inspections
  • Contact third-party technicians when necessary
  • Document all repairs made on our properties

Building/maintenance experience and electrical experience preferred. There will be some on the job training for Meadowbrook specific procedures. Turn season and customer services skills are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
