Meadowbrook Church is currently seeking to hire a full-time Facilities Technician Coordinator. This individual should be an active and dedicated Christian who is a member of Meadowbrook Church or willing to become one. A person with demonstrated general maintenance, facilities, and housekeeping experience. A person who will hold in confidence matters of information that may be sensitive to the well-being of others. A person committed to excellence in their responsibilities. All staff members are expected to: participate in departmental and staff meetings whenever scheduled, in small groups, church-wide functions, attend a weekend service, tithe, and serve during a weekend service.
General Description
Perform assigned facilities support, maintenance, and light housekeeping duties when needed.

Maintenance:
- Understanding of hand tools and battery-operated equipment
- Ability to climb ladders
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment or perform tasks at heights
- Ability to perform minor repairs and routine maintenance
- Use of phone and digital mediums to receive and fulfill tasks
- Skills in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) trades are a plus
Janitorial:
- Ensure the campus, facilities and grounds are visually appealing, clean and free of trash or debris.
- Occasional janitorial work may be required
Hospitality:
- Set up and teardown of events
- Cleaning and removing trash within entire building
- Securing the premises before leaving

Schedule
- Mon – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Share a rotating 24 hr. on-call schedule for alternating one-week periods.
