Next Gen Admin Assistant

Meadowbrook Church has an immediate opening for a full-time (40 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday), Next Gen Admin Assistant.   Applicants should be an active and dedicated Christian who is a member of Meadowbrook Church,  possess excellent administrative skills,  as well as experience in computer operations and database management. The ability to understand the importance of confidentiality is key and of the utmost importance, especially when it comes to sensitive information that may be related to the well-being of others. Commitment to delivering excellent results in all areas of responsibilities is required.  Below, you will find a general list (but not limited to) of job products:

  • Demonstrated understanding and proficiency in purchase order process 
  • Demonstrated understanding and proficiency in the credit card process 
  • No year when expenses exceed budget
