Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Nursing is a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within our assisted living and home health settings. Duties
- Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Oversee compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes in assisted living and home care settings.
- Conduct regular assessments of nursing practices and implement improvements as necessary.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting professional development.
- Ensure that all nursing documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license (RN) with significant experience in nursing management or leadership roles.
- Proven experience in assisted living or home health environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of care planning processes and medical record systems.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
