Job Summary for a Director of Admissions
- Coordinate and facilitate appropriate admission to our facility.
- Completes paperwork to process new and readmissions
- Maintain contact with residents and families regarding potential admissions.
- Conduct client interviews and tours of the facility.
- Verify resident insurance.
- Generate new referrals by establishing relationships social workers, case managers and other appropriate professional contacts within hospital or other accounts.
- Complete census reports and other required logs and summaries.
- Establish credibility with key accounts, targeted customers to become regarded as a valued strategic partner.
- Achieve sales growth in territory and deliver strong sales results.
- Maintain contact with managed care case managers and provide timely updates at needed.
